- 12.5% TN & Gatlinburg sales tax is added to all reservations.
- A $200 refundable reservation/security deposit is required to hold
all reservations.
- Bringing a pet? There is a $50 pet fee per pet
per stay plus a $50
refundable pet deposit.
- There are no housecleaning fees or per guest charges.
