Guest safety and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. We've developed long standing relationships with many of our guests, and we are very concerned about the health and well being of both our past and future guests in these trying times.

Housekeeping
We have spent a lot of time deciding how we can best protect you during your stay at Cloudy Dreams which has led to many new measures to assure our guests' comfort and safety:
- Even more rigorous cleaning and sanitization of the chalet between each guest.
- A new way of making our beds even more luxurious with triple sheeting and the addition of decorative top sheets which can be more easily laundered and sanitized between each guest.
- Sanitization of frequently touched items like counter tops, faucets, door handles, remotes, light switches, etc.
- Disinfectant cleaner supplied for guests to use in the chalet.
- Hand sanitizer for you to keep for personal use.
Guest responsibilities
- Mandatory Mask Order for Sevier County : Applies to all public indoor areas and businesses. Masks are not required outdoors. Please wear a mask in crowded areas. We don't want our guests to get sick nor do we want to pass illness on to the locals. They do a great job serving visitors, please protect them.
- If you have a fever, new cough, diarrhea, vomiting or feel sick in any way, please call us to cancel.
- Please wash your hands frequently for 20 seconds. Use the hand sanitizer we've provided to clean your hands when soap and water isn't available.
